Group lessons

Enjoying rhythmic and harmonious movement together with others in group lessons,
Due to the small numbers, there is already plenty of room for personal attention.

For us, the purpose of the group lessons is to share our enjoyment of exercise, to explore together during the lessons and thus make new discoveries. This improves everyone's body awareness and provides the tools to implement these small changes in daily life.
